No. Villa V is a characteristic villa from 1890. The rooms are only accessible by stairs, and the entire villa is not wheelchair accessible.

No. The entire villa, including the rooms, is smoke-free. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.

Reservations at Villa V can only be made through mail, website or various booking channels.

No. Villa V does not have rooms with separate single beds. However, you can request two single duvet covers instead of a double duvet cover in advance.

Breakfast is served every morning from 08:30 – 09:30 in the breakfast parlor. Depending on the season, it is also served on the terrace.

Yes. We can accommodate specific dietary needs or allergens as long as they are communicated at least two days before check-in.

No. The breakfast salon is open until 12:00 PM. If desired, a takeaway lunch package can be reserved in advance. Additionally, there are many lunch spots within walking distance of Villa V. If you need advice or assistance, please let us know. We are happy to help!

No. Villa V offers an “honoré bar” in the breakfast parlor that guests can access on their own. The assortment offered may be taken to the room. Costs can be settled in cash or by card upon check-out.

Yes. Villa V offers parking for hotel guests. The parking area is diagonally across from the villa, secured with a gate that can only be opened with a handheld scanner provided to guests. The parking area is equipped with lighting and CCTV. Villa V also offers quick-parking on its own premises for check-in and check-out.

Please note: There are no charging stations available for hybrid and/or electric vehicles.

There is possibility to store 4 bicycles/ e-bikes in a locked bike shed . This is also equipped with power for charging batteries of e-bikes.  

Check-in is possible between 15:00 -18:00. Arriving after 6:00 PM? Then send an email to info@villa-v-valkenburg.nl or a what’s app/sms message at: +31- (0)616504778 then we will provide an access code for the hotel.

Check-out should be before 10:30 am. If you wish to stay longer (until max. 12.30 p.m.) then this must be discussed in advance and the extra charge for this is €25,- per room.

For bookings through the mail or Villa V’s own website, please refer to the applicable cancellation policy. For bookings through other booking channels their own conditions apply and we have no influence on them.

We are available by phone from 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Outside these hours, we are available for urgent inquiries via WhatsApp/SMS or email.

Yes. Villa V can be booked for a half-day as a photoshoot location. A half-day is from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM or from 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM. The cost is €400 per half-day.

Yes. The breakfast salon at Villa V can be set up as a meeting room upon request. The breakfast salon can accommodate up to 15 people as a meeting space between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM, with a catered lunch available upon request.
